Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] (“Lyrimoji”, “we”) for using lyrimoji.com. By using the service you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Lyrimoji.

1. Who can use Lyrimoji

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA unless a parent consents). You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

2. Your content and music rights

• Only use audio and lyrics you have the right to use. Uploading or sharing a song does not give you rights to it. Many songs are protected by copyright; using them in a video may require permission from the rights holders. Platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube offer licensed music — our “silent video” option lets you add the song there.
• You keep all rights to what you upload and create. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display it only to run the service for you (for example, recognising lyrics or showing your share page).
• Share pages are public to anyone with the link. Template codes and template links may be used by anyone.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Lyrimoji to:

• infringe copyright or other rights, or distribute content you're not allowed to share;
• post illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or violent extremist content;
• get around usage limits, scrape the service, overload it, or access it in automated ways we haven't allowed;
• interfere with the security of the service or other users.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers (see our Copyright policy).

4. Free and paid plans

Free use includes daily limits on AI features that may change over time. Paid plans, when available, are described at checkout together with their price, billing period and cancellation terms; payments are processed by our payment provider.

5. AI features

Automatic lyric detection, song recognition and the AI Director are produced automatically and can be wrong. Please check lyrics before you publish a video.

6. Our service

Lyrimoji, its software, styles and design (excluding your content) belong to us. We work to keep the service running but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Lyrimoji and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if required by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / COUNTRY], without affecting mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
